You may already be up on the latest fashion, but if not, here is some information you may find helpful as we return to life in public spaces.
In an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus, the Scottish government recommends that face coverings be worn in public spaces. And according to the guidance from the Bishops’ Conference of Scotland, when our churches reopen, face coverings will be required of all inside a church whether for Mass or private prayer (with a few exceptions).
The link below will take you to some helpful information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It also provides instructions for making your own cloth face covering. While you’re at it, you may want to make some for your family and friends or for others in the parish.
